Hello,
My name is Dave and I am known as mc-market as Error404. After some time thinking about this, I've decided that I'd like to help a channel grow as well as help you make some money otherwise classified as a manager.

Before I help anyone or anything grow I want to know that you're dedicated to what you do and you're willing to go full way and work together to grow your channel. If you don't care about what you upload and if you don't care about the opportunity I do not and will not be dealing with you.

What I Offer?:
Here is a select few of services I'd be able to offer to help you grow your channel.
- Tags: Youtube has a feature to add tags to video, similar to SEO I'll do research on your contect to make sure your tags will have some of the best results.
- Partnerships: I'll help look for smaller and larger youtubers to do partnerships/Collaborations with to help grow your channel.
- Merch/Perks: Some find youtube as a job, and if you're looking to grow I'd be down to help manage you by helping selling and making merch, starting community activities, forums, servers, etc.
- Giveaways: I'd help you create giveaways and provide some items as time comes. This is a great way to grow your channel as it gets users engaged.
- Suggestions: Along with other factors I'll be giving you suggestions to help you via your content, etc.
- Extras: If you have money I can help you get paid sponsorships/partnerships. This is not necessary but is a big benefit for you.

What I expect from you?:
- Activity: I want you to be active, making videos is key to growing a youtube channel and if you fail the factor unless given a good reason I do not want to deal with you.
- Likes what you do: Don't do this if you think this is a one way ticket to money, the intention of making money never goes well and you won't succeed. I'd like to work with someone whom appreciates their followbase and appreciates what they do, money will come later.
- Reasoning: I want the person to be mature and reasonable. Not someone that likes to argue and show disrespect.

This is a free service I'm looking to offer for one user, if I don't see it working out or I don't see potential I may back off and find a new user. All I'd like in return is a shoutout for future projects if I have any.
