Dont really think these are the issues of how startups are struggling. Its money their struggling with..also labeling it helping but then charging isn't really helping.

no. All companies have their own issues. not all companies have the same problem.

I don't think OP was insinuating people had problems. He is simply just offering to help.

And asking you to pay which isn't really helping but rather working as he wants money to do it and it isn't a free service.

I think workers still help. Otherwise people wouldn't hire them. I think he's asking for a minimal amount of money to compensate him for helping. Being helpful isn't contingent on getting something for free. Being helpful is just helping, all the other stuff is technicalities.

It's a valid point, I just think that it shouldn't be categorized as helping but rather a service.
