Heroes plugin help

Hello, so I am having an issue in heroes where the skills aren't showing up I was wondering if anyone had a fix for this?

Okay, can't really tell much without looking at the config first but make sure the IDs of skills are unique

for some reason whenever I do /skills it says "No results match" I checked skills.yml and the skills folder, and there were no skills in there, I tried to install the skills in there but it just gave me an error
