Heroes Premium RPG & mcMMO Configuration

Hey everyone, I am a new server owner looking to establish a fun and unique Heroes + mcMMO type of gameplay for my players.

As of now I am in college and working part time, so I do not really have alot of time to setup classes for Heroes myself, nor do I have the skills to be able to pair mcMMO with the classes as well.

So what I was looking for was something simple to start off with, and I can branch off of that myself once I find someone to help me figure out what I want to do and how to do it.

What I have in mind is as follows -

Players will start off as a Beginner class, then work their way up to a subclass, whatever they choose that fits.

So for example,

Beginner > Swordsman > Fighter > Crusader > Hero
Beginner > Magician > Cleric > Priest > Bishop
Beginner > Archer > Hunter > Ranger > Bowmaster
Beginner > Rogue > Assassin > Hermit > Night Lord
or Beginner > Rogue > Bandit > Chief Bandit > Shadower

If anyone could just help me get up to the first class branch, I can probably do the rest (but I am lazy so.)

I also want to incorporate mcMMO into the mix as well, so educate me on how that could work possibly. I am willing to pay anywhere between $5-$10 depending on quality of work.
