Hetzner Cloud Like System

Hello,

I'm looking to purchase something that's similar to https://console.hetzner.cloud/. Not looking for something fully custom. Primarily looking for a frontend similar to that (with billing / balance system) that can use Virtualizor as the backend (using it's API). Please do not recommend popular billing systems such as WHMCS. If anyone knows of any open source projects that offer this, please let me know. I would do this myself, however am a bit short on time. I'll work around your price, drop it below.
