Wow! Website is nice, prices are incredible, etc. Processors? Are we able to ask you, or get someone else to go into root and install something else than multicraft like pufferpanel? I prefer it over multicraft, as it gives myself more freedom over my server and is free. :/
Why not? They set it up, they must have developers to help, etc. If they don't, that would be a shame... ;-;

There support is absolutely amazing, especially Skype support is a huge plus for me since you don't have to wait hours for some small issue to be fixed and it more personal.
I asked if there were any dedicated IP's available, they said they were planning a hardware upgrade in the next 1 - 3 days. A couple hours later I got a message that they had rescheduled it and that they could set my server up with a dedicated IP in 1 hour. I have never seen a host this dedicated and put so much effort into making the customer happy as this host.
On a scale to 1/10 this host would definitely deserve a 10/10.
