Hey everyone,

I'm planning on launching our new server, HexSMP, next week sometime and as of now I am the only one involved in the project.
We're a survival server focused on giving a new outlook to the original SMP gamemode. We want to have a strong, friendly environment where people of all ages can play.
I'm looking for a few professional individuals who wouldn't mind volunteering their time to keep the server staffed while I'm away during the day at work.

Unfortuantely, the good old days of staff recruiting when people understood it wasn't all about money, and just volunteered to have fun and contribute to something, are gone. Nowadays, everyone is only concerned by how much you're paying them to play a game they were already playing.

That's not the problem, it turned into people being greedy and only doing things for money versus the good old way of just volunteering your time and having fun, while contributing to something as a whole. But debating this isn't the purpose of this guys post, so this'll be my last response
