Hello McMarket, I am an owner of a custom network called Hexteria, and I am offering someone a job on our server. I see most developers have per-plugin prices, although we would like to give a developer a cut of donations and a "reserve" price per month depending on plugins made to work on our server, and only our server. PS: Our current dev is on vacation for two weeks and we need an extra dev (the reason of creating this thread) so each other can cover for breaks like this and work together.
