We weren't sold the server files - we purchased the branding from the previous owners and are developing a new server for Hexterria's third map. The server files are leaked and quite frankly they're there for the taking but I own the rights to the name and logo.

If you don't own the domain as well its worthless

You dont have the actual domain so your name and logo is pretty much useless cause he has the domain so he can technically use it
