The user is lying about funds to pay developers.
I asked the user for proof of funds, and he provided me with Dutch bank statements which are on google images!
After I challenged him on this, he immediately banned me from his server discord and blocked me.

I would not deal with this user in the future,

This is a scam I HIGHLY recommend not to work with the owner. I pmed the owner and got accepted quickly with 2 questions asked and because I read Test's comment I asked for proof of funds and he gave me a google image of an old bank account where its last transaction was in 2014. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and I joined the network. They instantly begged me and pressured me to make the plugin for free. When I said I take a 30% down payment they threatened to kick me. This network is so unorginized the delusional owner payed 50 dollars to make a tailor before the setup has even been planned out, he also tried to make a setup on a paid host and got mad when he didn't know how to save it. He also is trying to skid other peoples fourms website and using it as its own. The builders don't like him because he pressures them and is rude to them. Like what Test said this network is a scam and the owner is scamming Devs and other people for their hard worked plugins and builds. This network is going no where, I urge you not to work with him or send him any plugins he has blown through 6 devs since he doesn't pay them
