so I' using 1.7.10 paperspigot the newest one so it can support 1.7.10 and 1.8.9 for plugin futures, I don't want players to join on 1.8.9 but i need this version on paperspigot help me is there a plugin for this?

Theres no plugin for this as far as I'm aware.
