Okie, my dudes (and girl dudes). I love building, But I not just love building. I am good at it too!
I have been on a build team here another one there. Built on servers been builders for servers. but I mainly do partnerships and self-services, I am basically a rogue builder because I break away from being staff or under control of others for to long. so now. I do my own thing. I am temporary builder for you. Free unless its huge and I am the only one building, like you can hire me alone. or hire me and a build team and I could work with them on the project for free. I have been doing this for a while. Never failed a job (that was completely prepared to build)

My requirements-

you have the plugins worldEdit and voxelSniper.(I will not start till you have them)

You must be prepared to have a builder build (plugins, area, wants, needs, perms, ect)

You do not expect me to do HUGE jobs by myself for free (Really big fancy hubs, huge maps, Jobs that take over 3 to 5 days)

Don't breathe down my neck (constantly following me)

Enable so that I can build anytime of day.

The more work you give me the more time it will take.

I am only temporary (don't expect me to stick around after the job is done)

You are gonna have to trust me for the period of time the build takes.

First of all, what colored letters? Second of all, you didn't elaborate at all or even show a portfolio. And you aren't reputable. If you actually want people that are professional server owners to recruit you, elaborate more in detail and provide a portfolio. Otherwise, 99% of people will think you are either a bad builder, or a "troll" as you put it.

Well, Listen It is free services money bags? if you were looking for a super high quality work you go for a paid build team. You seem to have the money to support that statement? I simply just like building. I already Have gotten 4 Jobs out of this so its going the way i wanted your advice is for people who like are being paid. I included what I can and can't do. its up to the reader to decide I am not going to attract unwanted jobs that are to big for me. I learned that lesson a while ago.

Like I said. I am happy with the result. I will not include a portfolio Due to "dude you have nice builds but you only used like 2 thats not enough" I got that before and I will make a portfolio when I have a larger gallery.
