Nice might help you some, but most of those custom mobs use NBT for the heads, but anyways a plugin like that if you wanted it exclusive, would be way more than $10. You do notice that it requires making a custom mob be able to move and stuff like that, and I can hardly understand the thread since it doesn't seem like it is in English, all you supplied was some words about a spawner plugin and a picture of a gorilla.
