Hi, as my title says, my name is Leon.
I'm obviously really new to this forum, but my girlfriend has been using it for awhile
and I'm convinced I will have fun here.
I'd love to offer a service of doing members Algebra homework for them,
as I know it can be tedious and stressful, though I'm really good at math.

I'm not going to go on why this bad but I really recommend you find another service you are good at and offer that.
Anyways, I am sorry for being like on your introduction thread but I really do hope you find another service and try to have a good time.

This is a pm I told someone who was offering homework services slightly editing to fit better.

Honestly, I would love your service if you were a peer or a helper to someone so if your service was like for coding you can tutor them on how to code what they want and for English you should proof read or suggest how to re-write things like that.
Almost nobody would have a problem with you helping a student but many people will with you doing their homework. I know many teachers that are very intellectual and can find ways to figure out how you did or did not do your assignment.
I also think even though your TOS states it's their fault they will blame you for doing your service as it tempted them or something along the lines of that.
Homework is supposed to test the student and help them. By giving the answers it is cheating but worse is depriving of something that would help you on a future exam where you cannot help them. But in contrast, tutoring would be greatly beneficial.
I hope you take to heart what I have stated and your service will change. I am sorry for "Trashing" your thread but I do not think this is a good service at the moment.

Fair, I personally like school so I think people should do it the right way but sometimes circumstances call for different things.

I couldn't disagree with this more honestly. I, Personally have a hard time and Algebra and hardly pass as is. Finding or getting someone who excels or is good in the subject to help or do it goes a tremendous way. I've went through public school and online schooling algebra is the least likely for a teacher to find out it is not you doing it. Most schools require work to be shown with any Math related thing and you could easily look at the work the person did for you and learn at least a bit how they did it. Half of the career paths people choose to go for have little to do with math besides basic adding/subtracting and division/multiplication. Sometimes schools give the students homework that has NOTHING at all to do with what is being taught. Some people simply can't focus enough to grasp certain subjects and others just don't have the time to do it or aren't good at it.

I am going to make one last post since I think I trashed your thread enough.
I am sorry that I wrote what I did and it went to the extent that it did since normally when I say something along those lines it doesn't.
I have nothing against you as a person. I just think that it may not be that helpful to both parties than other lines of work.

I really do hope my posts didn't ruin your fun here too much and I do understand why you made the post the way you did.
