Hi, im Scientia here is how Computers influenced my journey in Cyber Security & Ethical hacking.
Storytime:
once upon a time there was a little twelve-year-old boy, who had a rough upbringing already at that time.
He never really fitted in anywhere, and was bullied for his intelligence and funny ways, like seeing the beauty in most things and wonder what made it tick!
He moved from halfway house to halfway house, because his mom couldn't take care of him and had some issues herself, which lead to the state said that she could give him up freely and still have contact or she could get him removed and not see him at all! I soon landed on the first halfway house and was quickly confronted whit a new life and a new world, like forcibly adults and youngsters I could outsmart.
Some years later at the age of fifteen, I began to explore the web and computers and came across "The hacker's manifesto - The Mentor" (read it if you want to know the true mindset of a hacker, and how I felt reading it!) And as it says in that manifesto, "it opened a door" into a world I never ever had imagined would exist, I was welcome here for my intelligence and my funny ways, but alas... I soon ended up whit the wrong crowd, did some stuff im not proud of but im in a different place today. I have lived in halfway houses all my life until I was thirty im thirty-four now and live in my own apartment, I live a good life. And I don't work, but I self-study to become an ethical hacker and in time an Ethical White Hat Hacker.
I am also a former drug addict due to poor choices in my life, I still struggle whit it but I am clean and I am staying clean, alongside that I have a gambling problem so I don't talk or participate in any form of gambling or drugs, please keep that in mind and respect my choice, please.
I recently decided to join Hack Forums and
I was told most people here don't take it seriously, but I found that Hack Forums have a lot to offer for the inexperienced and the experienced, so here I am on my journey for the first time, making friends, reading, and learning.
I will end this by quoting myself "Make your question intelligent & thoughtful of your stupidity & vile behavior concise."
I am a hacker & Cyber Security Enthusiast, this is my story.
Regards, Scientia.
