Hi there,

I'm Verringer - I founded MC-Market in August 2014 and gave it to Mick in October 2015.

If I banned you unfairly then I'd like to apologize. I had to make some critical decisions and too many were wrong. I don't remember most of them, so please don't interrogate me over your previous ban - the past is the past.

If you have any questions, this is probably the best place for it since questions make for a better thread than welcome messages :)

Where were you gone?
When I gave the site to Mick, I wanted to distance myself from the Minecraft community due to the reasons behind me leaving the site so I renamed + deleted my account.

he deleted his account for unknown reasons
Not unknown anymore :)

Why does he get Supreme for free......
It feels weird not having a red name, even after all this time :p

Word on the street is that pixelbat and Lethal were false banned Kappa
I don't have good memory of either situation. PixelBat was early on with MC-Market, it wasn't a fair, it was wrong, but I was too young to have the responsibility of this site in my opinion.

Can vouch, and Mick refuses to unban him because he is ignorant on the subject. When I asked Mick to please unban pixelbat like well over a year ago, he made up some bullshit excuse about how Pixel creates mods with "back doors", couldn't be furthest from the truth because Pixel is not a developer. He builds maps, writes fiction/lore, and runs a vinyl design business.

If somebody wants to continue disliking me because they got banned nearly 2 years ago, that's fine.

I'd like to believe the community as a whole has grown up enough to see that I was a 15-year-old having to make things up as I went and it's inevitable that I'd make the wrong decisions, I see MC-Market.org as a learning experience for me and would like to believe that I no longer make as many mistakes with my projects since.

It's probably important to remember, I chose to sign up to this website again. I'm gaining nothing by apologizing to anybody - other than that I believe I should.

I can't comment on this, however, there is more to the PixelBat situation than I can even remember.

I'm not open to discuss this situation any more than that - mostly because I don't remember it all.

I guess you're missing the point. What good does apologizing to someone who's banned? It's not like they're going to see it or make any impact whatsoever. If you've truely matured, then why not request some of these early unjust bans to be removed? That would be a noble step in the right direction. Just my opinion as someone who has been around since first month (or second?) month of the site, I've seen the drama and BS, and this just feels cheesy and insincere.

I'm aiming my apology at the members who Mick unbanned/unbans, if the banned users see it - that's fine too.

Just my opinion as someone who founded the site and has dealt with a lot of shit, your post is defending your mate who doesn't seem like he's going to be getting unbanned anytime soon and he needs to accept that after 2+ years.

I'm not here for arguments about whether I should have banned someone or not - I'm here to catch up with the community.

Verringer I'm blown away at the fact that you were able to run a website like this at the age of 15, most people that age would have trouble even creating the site, let alone running it.

I started the website in August 2014, turned 15 in September 2014 - so I have to take credit that I was 14 when I made the site!

It does still baffle me what this website turned into in such a small amount of time, it will always be one of my biggest achievements.

I'm quite sure he couldn't care less. I'm speaking on my own accord. I can't speak for other people banned. However, knowing Pixel first hand, I know that what you did was a sham.
Alright.
