I did, i just dont expect to get an answer any time soon because i have had a ton of reports and shit go unanswered. I just wanted to know their paypals because of that, thanks for telling me.

He has recieved my paypal, in his ban reason it lists him saying hes unable to pay off a loan but he has until thursday with mine. I believe he will get the money on time
