Hide items from some players (like SkyLandKits)

I'm trying to dev a practice plugin like SkyLandKits
Exemple:

But i can't find any ways to hide dropped items or enderpearls from some players. Someone can maybe give me a code snippet or give me a plugin with that system.
I could pay a bit to the one who solve my problem.
