Hello! i am LeffMC, and i am |Owner of the server known as "GladioPvP".We are a server under V3 Development that will be updated for a more custom fell soon.We are a completely funded program to crevice our every need. unfortunately our staff applicants will not be paid for their services as of now. But most likely will be compensated in the near future. I am posting under this forums in regards to recruiting individuals for our staff team.We are recruiting for the following:

The "Administrators" is our 1st priority. The "Admins" must be aware of ALL servers in-game commands in including essentials and core protect. You must be very experienced in this set field. You will be helping with issues in-game and also forums wise.

The "Moderators/Helpers" is our 3rd priority. the "Mods/Helpers" have a simple responsibility. Their rolls is to control chat/ and moderate the server and forums. There jobs are very important and must be taken seriously. Proper English is required for these positions.

Brief summary about yourself: Since you enjoy reading I'll tell you a bit about myself I live with my single mother and 2 siblings. I mostly spend my time playing Minecraft or NBA 2k16 on Xbox One to fulfill my hunger for video games. I enjoy helping out server owners to create servers and expand them to there full potential. I'm really hoping you will trust me with an opportunity to help your server and yourself. This might sound suspicious and greedy but I'm applying for such a high position on your server because I can't really utilize my full skill set to help your server if the only thing I can do is be a chat mod, Don't get me wrong I can and will still moderate players and chat and I hope you can truly understand where I am coming from with this. I am Lily Jacobs. I am the product/offspring of two parents who have been divorced since I was three(Yes, I have the 50/50 split situation before you ask). My mom remarried to my stepdad and never had kids. Technically, I count my cat(formerly cats) siblings. But human-wise, I am an only child at my moms house. My dad remarried with my stepmom and had my eight year old sister and three year old brother. We have one dog and a cat that has grown old and stubborn.
I spend all my freetime gaming, drawing, or watching Netflix. I love Vampire Knight(image below, and I do not own the image), and various other things.

Why am I applying for Admin, Mod, and Manager? What makes me different from others, in most cases or few cases?
Based on the whole position I am applying for part, I don't mind what I get. Though, I can help the most as an admin. I easily memorize commands, and it is like a second nature to me. I am a pretty good builder, and can contribute my whole day, most of the time, to the server. I also am very helpful, and I am willing to do anything for the server.

Personality:
Next, my personality. I am a kind, caring, and compassionate person. I tend to defend my friends and don't stop till I succeed. I am a try-hard kind of person. I am very non-judgemental person(I have been judged harshly my whole life, feel free to ask about it). I learn from other people's mistakes and my own. I try to see the goodness in everyone, but will do what is necessary if it is needed or desired. I often do look down on myself, and underestimate my skills, but I don't tell anyone. I will stand up for others. I am responsible, know right from wrong, am a rule follower. I can handle tough situations and be calm about it. I am very independent and can communicate with anyone easily without issues.

Experience: I use to be a moderator on a soup server that later shut down, we had a average of 20+ players and I screenshared 12 people in my time. I banned 9 kids in my time.

Hours of contribution: I can probably put 4 hours minimum, to 16 hours max. Don't expect much from me but I am going to a family trip from the 5th of august to the 23rd of september, after that it's after school grind to staff grind (if I even get accepted to be honest)

I'm going to be completely honest.
I am probably going to get as normal as it can get. I used to play CSGO, and I now play Minecraft. (I don't play CS anymore cause me and my buddy use to play it all the time and he literally just dumped me as a best friend (we are irl btw) so you know, that kind of hurt). I call people dumbasses for a living and I don't usually freakout when something horrendous happens. Just stay chill, and contact the owner on skype

Experience: I have been staff on multiple servers, My ranks have been Mod, Head Mod, Admin, Head Admin, and a Co-Owner for a small server. I can install and work with plugins but I do still have a very limited knowledge. I can work with PEX, still a limited knowledge.

Hours of contribution: I can contribute 2-4 hours, but I can usually contribute more as long as it doesn't
interfere with my academic for personal life.
