( Background History : About a month ago I asked for a very high class build team to make me a server spawn for my OP Factions Server, I choosed this build team because they have done a lot of famous builds such as Cosmic PvP's Hub and some builds in the How To Minecraft Season 2 World which is a very popular youtube series done by PrestonPlayz, Lachlan And Many More, they also did the spawn / hub for Treasure Wars and did the PvP Arena as well, If you didn't know treasure wars server is owned by lachlan who has over 1.2 Million Subscribers. If you have any questions about the build or pricing in general feel free to ask, If you think that not enough proof is provided please ask kindly below and I will be happily provide more proof to you. The Spawn is in a Schematic Format I made a quick tutorial here just to help u with it :
Steps : Once I Have Given You The Schematic Go To Your Server Files > Plugins > World Edit > Schematics ( If you dont have a schematic folder go in to your server and select a small region with world edit, it doesnt matter where and type the command //schem save (name) and than you should have a schematic folder ) After you navigate your self to the schematics folder drag in the schematic I gave you and your set, Now go on to your server and do the command //schem load ModernSpawn1 ( Make sure its capital sensitive ) In this case its called ModernSpawn1 Because thats what the builders have named it if you would like to change the name go right ahead It wont make a diffrence. Once you have loaded it all you have to do is do the command //Paste and your spawn will appear! for me on my server when I did the //paste my server lagged a lot if you don't have a high quality server or have a lot of server files the server might crash don't worry about that just restart your server and everything should be fine!.

Also if you would like to check out the build teams portfolio the link is below, They haven't updated it in a while last time I checked but if you would like to if you go on CosmicPvP's twitter you can see that Team Arcadia built there hub if you scroll down quite a bit, This spawn isnt on there yet because it hasn't been updated in like 2 months as you can see most of the builds on the portfolio say March 10 which probably means the team does a lot of builds for a few months than at a point in time they compile all there builds and than add it do the site. Also if you still don't understand my tutorial on how to load the schematic I will happily help you load it into your server via Skype or if you have a payed hosting server I could either tell you how to do it or you can give me your multicraft info and I can set it up for you for free.
