I'm looking for a web developer/designer that would be up to the task of making a high quality and unique personal website. A requirement of mine is that you should be able to use creativity to come up with ideas on your own while following a loose set of guidelines during the process. My expectations are fairly high and my budget is willing to meet those expectations if I think you're the guy for the job.
