Yeah, I though of that when thinking of the BIN but like I said, its my first time selling a build on MCMarket so I don't really know the % value, so I put it a bit high so community members could suggest BIN. Thanks, I will lower it to $50.

Mmmmm I guess, I would see why you think I used a lot of WE, but I actually just did like 7 commands, 4 of those commands were to rotate the build 3 times, the other ones were probably to change some of the blocks that I though didn't look right to other blocks which is time saving.
