[HIGH-QUALITY] FACTION/HCF SPAWN

Hello there!

I'm currently selling the rights to this build to resell or do otherwise. Originally, my team built this for a client of ours. Everything went well until he chargedback us a week later. Now I'm trying to sell the rights to resell this build. Called up PayPal and all but in the end he still won the dispute because I don't have solid evidence that ties his Skype account to his PayPal email.

It consists of:
x1 PvP Area
x1 Market Place (stalls and also a house with room space for signs and item frames)
x1 Spawn Area (Castle)
x8 Houses
x3 Huts
x1 Windmill with Enchantment Area inside
x1 Statue
+ A butt load of trees.

I'm trying to sell off rights to this for $35 so that I can cover the cost needed to refund him the $70 we originally discussed. I'm willing to haggle the price as I'm desperate to sell this to cover costs.

I'm willing to haggle the price as I'm desperate to sell this to cover costs.

And the buyer will have full rights to resell and use the build in whatever way he wants.

Easily worth $35, it's large and detailed enough to have been $50 if it was custom. for premade, $35 seems a good price.

Yeah, maybe you should. Or maybe we're looking at different spawns. Sure, it's not god-like, but a lot of the detail is very decent, it fills up empty spaces without hurting the eyes the way over-detailing does.
and no, it does not follow the popular "macrodetail" style that you see everywhere nowadays.
however, it is easily worth $35. It's a sizable spawn, and has enough effort (and quality to match) to be worth the price.
I'm trying to bring build prices back out of the gutter again, so that builders no longer need to charge $2 per hour to be able to compete price-wise.
