High Quality - Landing page/portal for gaming network

Hi all,

I am looking for a high quality landing page / portal, designed from scratch with the latest HTML5/CSS3 standards. The Prodigy Network consists of a Minecraft community and Runescape community. Our Runescape community already has graphics and a website completed, and the Minecraft website is in the works. We are now looking for a landing page / portal to tie these two communities together. A logo for this landing page will be provided but the overall design is up to you, we're looking for something very high quality that will grab people's attention so they join our communities!
