It is fairly difficult to understand what you are looking for. I know how to make pixel art, but I'm not entirely experienced in it. I don't think many people at all will be able to help you. If you are willing to have someone who is not too experienced with it do this task for you, then I am able to. But if you would like someone more experienced, I wish you the best in finding someone.
