High quality plugin developer

Hi,

I'm looking for a plugin developer that can make me a plugin that does the following:
- Flowing lava explodes from tnt however lava source blocks don't. (Bukkit doesn't seem to provide an easy way to do this.. hopefully you have more luck than me)
- Lava cannot flow into other factions territory unless placed by a member or ally. (Must hook into to FactionsUUID for 1.8)

FYI I'm pretty sure linking the lava into the factions would require recoding the entire factions plugin, so unless he ^ has got you sorted, I think that it will cost more that $50.

Oh ok, it's just that I once wanted someone to change the claiming system for me and I talked to two different devs and they said that they would have to recode the plugin and didn't really feel like doing that.

Is it really though? I think it's pretty reasonable for what he's doing.
