High Quality Server Set-Up (No Builds Needed)

Have a server idea I need set-up the way I want it set up no builds just plugins for the gameplay I choose , I want to be apart of the process the whole way and you will do it on my server.

Budget: $70 USD

Plugins needing set-up:


Prison server // hybrid set-up:

- server has a spawn and 10 mines (build is about 40% done you're setting up part of a server but making it game ready)

- All plugins relating to prison
- worldguard
- Holographic display you may work with
- Dynmap // 3d map of the island only the way I need it
- Some sort of mine reset plugin that shows stats through holograms
- Crate Keys


What you will also be setting up:

Full economy system with selling blocks and items

You need to set-up shop GUI'S that buy/sell items with no /sell command only through citizens by talking to npc to buy/sell

shops include : pickaxe shop / block selling shop / potions shop / Enchantment shop / armor shop / weapons shop / blacksmith shop (used for repairing items) / bank shop

you may be working and setting up some others not specified looking for a full set-up game ready.

note: want best plugins for the job if I have to purchase premium plugins to better set-up the server I will.

Server is Spigot latest 1.9.4
