High quality Skyblock setup ($500 budget)

Hello,

I am looking to purchase a high quality Skyblock setup. I am not looking for something thrown together in one night, or builds that look like they were from Planetminecraft. Plugins must be well configured and message designs must look aesthetically pleasing. It must include a shop, either sign based or GUI. Additional features such as a PvP arena, mob farm, and parkour is bonus as well. Builds must be aesthetically pleasing as well and not too small. The setup must be ready to go, I am not looking for a setup service where the quality of the final product is unknown.

Budget: As for budget, I'm willing to go as high as $500 USD. If you feel your setup justifies to be worth more than $500, I'm willing to negotiate.
