Really good plugin. It allows you in the config to also enable/disable water flow (as well as lava obv. xD). In the config it is also possible to set up the radii for the flow of both fluids, really neat! I've set my radii of fluids flowing to the Minecraft default (3), they were automatically set to 5 blocks (from center, including it).
