Hello, all.
I am Bionic_Prodigy (or Bio) of the Highland Network, but before I delve into the nitty gritty of what we as a startup brand of servers are looking to request of the talented players in the community, I'd like to introduce myself a bit. I have been playing Minecraft for nearly six years now, and have administrated and operated as an acting Lead for various things on three different large servers, the most notable being Shotbow. There, I was considered the founder and Lead Admin of the Shotbow FilmCrew, a team that was meant to revitalize the once highly-regarded desolation that was the Shotbow YouTube channel. After some time of developmental negligence, in the sense that Developer time was incessantly slow in all fields and wasn't allocated to what we needed, we were unable to produce the professional videos that we had hoped for, which prompted my Co-Lead and I to abandon the project and the network as a whole. As there were flaws in the Build Team area (again, in relation to a lack of proper Dev time), a prominent Builder of the network had decided to leave and join us in creating this venture that we like to call Highland.
Highland is initially going to be presented as a Hardcore Factions server with an installation of Practice PvP that will contain innovative features and an introduction of exciting aspects that have not been seen on all of the other generic HCF servers. Everything that our able Developers code is custom-made and is tested to perfection, including our factions plugin. We are seeking assistance from people that specialize in the fields of Building and Graphics, that have an open mindset, a high level of maturity, and a will to dedicate an appropriate amount of time to projects.
With this all being said, our budget is not excessively limited and people accepted to these positions will be paid on commission - more details will be provided in inquiry via Skype.
Feel free to contact me through Skype at "bionic-prodigy", but you must have either a Build or Graphics portfolio prepared to be presented in this process.
Thanks, and good luck!
