Highly Experienced Developer (High Budget)

Looking for an experienced developer that knows what they're doing. I have a high budget to get this done.

Requirements:

- Highly proficient in Java
- Highly proficient in SQL or Mongo
- Experience with Spigot, NMS, Bungee
- Experience using Redis
- Experience with Ubuntu systems
- Played a lot of Pokemon (serious)

I'm looking to create a Pokemon server (plugins, not mods) in Minecraft 1.8. For now, I'm looking for a battle system & complete backend.

Here's a demo of what I'm looking for (made this with spaghetti code just to demonstrate what my end goal is ).

Need an extremely talented developer to do this project.
