Hello!
My name is Rheise (Pronounced Reese) I am a professional manager with a lot of experience.

WHAT I CAN DO:
I can setup any gamemodes of your choice, I can make custom gamemodes, I can configure plugins exactly how you want it, and I can type out official documents (as in Rules, etc.).
I can also fully setup Discord servers.

MY EXPERIENCE:
As I said in the title, I have approximately 5 years of running/owning servers. I have been payed before to manage server, and the customer was satisfied. I have never been demoted from a server, as I have always deemed worthy of it.
I was a Manager on LavaMC, they had a player base around 100-150 players.
I was Owner (Technically co-owner) on FlexMC.

PAYMENT:
I don't like charging much, but it all depends on what you need me to do.

Don't take this wrong, just going to drop a bit of feedback/tips for bettering this thread.

1) Provide proof of past servers/positions that you've worked in
2) Fix your grammar, a professional manager will be looked at to have wonderful grammar (usually)
3) Detail the thread further, list all experiences, skills and such that will get you a job.
4) If you say you can "Make custom gamemodes", provide examples of past custom gamemodes you've made and worked on. Also providing PROOF of that.

all in all not to sound rude, I would not employ you on my server with such lacking of a thread. Fix it up, then you should be good!

Proof read your comments! Thats the best way to go about it, I've noticed some of your comments have spelling and grammar errors, so I figure its best to point it out!
