Highly-Profitable Server Before Release [Urgent]

Hello,before I start you may ask why I am selling it before release.
Well,yesterday evening my brother called me telling me our mom was sick again and she needed help as my brother is 16 and he can't do much,so I will have to work extra hours to get a few weeks or so off to go see her and take care of her and I just simply can't handle the server mentally and dont have time for it right now and I dont wanna delay it probably loosing hundreds of players.
It hasnt been 'fully' advertised yet so no donations besides one,im pretty sure most players dont know yet the buycrafts there lol.
But lets start:

What is done server wise: Spawn [2],koth,most files,some custom plugins to make it easier for you on the server to operate,has premium plugins {idk if I'm allowed to sell them with the files, Justis help me on this one},has a xenforo site but needs theme.

Hosting: Rn its on a 5gb hosting of plox host (was gonna go for a dedi before release but now these problems came),unlimited web hosting for a year.

Ips: only hoodpvp.com , no other ips . (play.hoodpvp.com ,store.hoodpvp.com).

What makes it worth most?: Most of the worths comes from the reason that there are over 22+ youtubers ready to record for free,ranging from bubbo2000 to riverrain.
Also the community is Non-Toxic even though its factions.

About the FTop rewards which are weekly,I am willing to pay them myself aslong as you keep the community happy and dont just make it horrible and let the community go garbage.

I've spent around 400$ on it roughly and invested TONS of time onto it in the past 3 months especially to get advertisement,like the youtubers which if all record (which they will) can get up to 500+ players,dedicated to the community.
Also Dexter113 showed interest in recording for money aswell,which is an well-known factions community player.
