Highly Vouched, Experienced Server Developer

Hello, I am new to MCM. I would like to recruit a developer for my server, this dev would need to be able to make custom plugins, so if you can't than you might want to leave now. I am willing to pay monthly or semi annually, I am willing to pay quite a bit, although I know the average price, and I am not willing to overpay. I would like this said developer to be able to commit a fair amount of hours per/day, also when contacted be able to respond within a few hours at most. You must be very highly vouched for, and have reputation. If you are interested in the job, please PM me and we can discuss price.

You know you could've just said that you need a developer who knows what he's doing and is well known in the community. Anyways, best of luck.

I could have, but I needed to add some information. Most likely the most highly vouched for developer in the community, will be overcharging quite a bit. I'm not looking for that, I am looking for quality work, for a somewhat fair price from a fairly highly vouched member.
