Currently we are looking for staffs for a factions server which hasn't been published yet, but it has been on development for about 2 months and is around 70% done. In the future we are planning on releasing more realms and gamemodes, such as skyblock. We are having some cool ideas and features that may raise awareness and are maybe never seen before, altough i wouldn't say our server is "unique" since there are thousands of other factions servers.
As i said the main server is around 70% done, but we still need to fix and add things here and there.
The website is 60% done, we have the design and the basic forums.

(Keeping the whole staff team in line, helps in the development of the server)
- Staff manager 1x
(Makes sure the team is doing their job, hires new staff members, and also helps anywhere needed)
- Marketing executives 2x
(People who deal with advertising and the social media)
- Senior moderator 0x
(This role is already filled)
- Forum/in-game moderator 1x
(Handles the maintaining of the forum and keeping things clean there, also answers the questions on the forum's support section)
- Discord/in-game moderator 1x
(Handles the maintaining of the discord and keeping things clean there, helps people who has questions in-game or in discord)
Basic requirements
- Be at least 15 years old
- Good and fluent english speaker
- Willing to invest time to this project on a daily basis
- Continued/improved mature appearance and behavior
- Do your job with a lot of dedication and enthusiasm
- Previous experiences with other server administration/server developing
- Knowledge about server configurations, plugins
- Management skills in-game/discord/forums
- Good contacts with youtubers/twitch streamers whom are willing to advertise
- Social media managing (twitter/facebook)
- Ideas to advertise the server
- Moderating skills in discord/forums/in-game
- Continued forum/discord/in-game Moderating
- Absolute understanding of our server rules, and how the server works (So you can answer questions in the support sections) (This right now is not required since we dont have any rules yet and obviously you dont know anything about the server, but in the future this will be a must)
