Hello, My name is Jai, And I am Currently looking to be hired as a Staff Member for a Hosting Company. I live in Sydney Australia which is good for US Hosts Because I will be online when you're asleep! I always try to push myself to the next level! Guys listen, I'm not here to start a fight, I'm not here to make peoples lives worse. I'm here to help users make there dream a reality, As in when someone needs help with there server, I'm gonna help, not reject them!
My Skills:
Live Support:
I have had around 8 Live support jobs, All combined they have had around 1000 live support tickets, And I served 500+ of them, Most questions were about the company and how there Server Issues. I take my live support Job very professionally, I pride myself on not getting angry at customers, I learnt just to backoff and get someone else to help.
Panels:
I have only had Experience with 2 panels, Multicraft and Pterodactyl. I Originally love multicraft because it works and was easy to setup, But within the last 3 months, I found Pterodactyl, Personally, it is much better and free! I know how to setup servers manually and to access the FTP and I know my way around the panel. The thing with me, That is because I know the panel, I can easily help users with the panel make there Experience better!
Extra:
Beside my skills with helping others with servers, I love to real in-game support, As in joining the server, or accessing the server ftp to help them with a plugin issue or a crash ect, That I personally love. I can normally easily fix most issues with servers. If I can not fix the issue I will always ask for assistance by another team member. Because everyone knows "Customers Know Best"
