Hire new staff

I have a suggestion that would benefit Mc-Market greatly.

There should be a new staff team that knows what they are doing. There should also be more staff, so it doesn't take a long time to get the support you need right away. I'm not the only one that could agree some staff members don't know what they are doing, and clearly are not fit for their position.

And no, I'm not saying this because I want staff, because I don't.

I have an example, KentDMC made a scam report on my behalf against someone, and the person reported messaged M6Gaming and told him we are solving this ourselves, and M6Gaming closed the scam report without discussing this with me or Kent to see if it was true.

That's not the reason I'm making this suggestion, there are more.

How exactly would hiring new staff fix that?
If anything it would increase the chances of something like that happening again. M6Gaming would learn from that experience, but new staff members wouldn't have yet.

I myself don't see a need for more staff members, I think the current team is doing a fantastic job. Plus Coco has been promoted to mod.

I never actually realized that morganjp resigned, scam reports were smoother with two people dealing with them, if the admin team isn't already, they should look for another scam report resolver!

Yes, you are right however I don't see how coco will be beneficial as she got mod because she is close with Mick. Having more staff that know what they are doing would help fix this community and get it back to what it used to be. There's just too many scammers and ban evaders now.

Yes, you are right however I don't see how coco will be beneficial as she got mod because she is close with Mick. Having more staff that know what they are doing would help fix this community and get it back to what it used to be. There's just too many scammers and ban evaders now.

First of all, thinking Coco won't do a great job just because she's close with Mick is absolutely bullshit and I have zero respect for people who automatically assume stuff like that. Secondly, sure, being close to Mick is a factor in Mick getting to know Coco and her professional attitude, but hey then again thriving in this marketplace is all about connections. (In case that was misunderstood, I assure you it was never Cocos intention to become staff).

Do me a favor, actually get to know Coco before you make quick judegments...
