About me:
Hello, My name is Jai, And I am Currently looking to be hired as a Staff Member for a Hosting Company. I live in Sydney Australia which is good for US Hosts Because I will be online when you're asleep! I always try to push myself to the next level! Guys listen, I'm not here to start a fight, I'm not here to make peoples lives worse. I'm here to help users make there dream a reality, As in when someone needs help with there server, I'm gonna help, not reject them!
Live Support:
I have had around 8 Live support jobs, All combined they have had around 1000 live support tickets, And I served 500+ of them, Most questions were about the company and how there Server Issues. I take my live support Job very professionally, I pride myself on not getting angry at customers, I learned just to back off and get someone else to help.
Panels:
I have only had Experience with 2 panels, Multicraft and Pterodactyl. I Originally love multicraft because it works and was easy to setup, But within the last 3 months, I found Pterodactyl, Personally, it is much better and free! I know how to setup servers manually and to access the FTP and I know my way around the panel. The thing with me, That is because I know the panel, I can easily help users with the panel make there Experience better!
Extra:
Beside my skills with helping others with servers, I love to real in-game support, As in joining the server, or accessing the server ftp to help them with a plugin issue or a crash etc, That I personally love. I can normally easily fix most issues with servers. If I can not fix the issue I will always ask for assistance by another team member. Because everyone knows "Customers Know Best"

I have been playing minecraft for around 7-8 years, i have played a lot of different types of gamemodes and worked for a lot of servers, saying that i still learn new stuff every day 
I have worked for over 15 minecraft servers, mainly manager but also some moderator etc roles, I purely enjoy going around to servers and going everything I can to help them out, as I have a lot of knowledge in marketing and how to change and add new and exciting features to make sure the client gets the best for his or her money and thay have a fun time! I have an extensive knowlegde in alot of different and custom gamemodes, such as Factions, Skyblock, Prision and skywars, and alot more, These would be helpful because what ever server you have or need, I can help and know a thing or more to help you, The reason I took the time to play and learn these gamemodes, is because I enjoy playing + I also dont want to be hired somewhere with no knowledge, that is why I learnt these, but saying that any new gamemodes that are custom, I am willing to learn and be taught how to play and manage them! If I am hired, I work for you, I do what you need, If you need me to manage staff, ill manage staff, if you need me to be a helper, ill be your helper, I’m happy working anywhere for anyone! I make sure to keep my services professional and fun, I dislike the people who show all professionalism because where’s the fun in that, I have learnt and been taught to show professionalism when time to show it is, and to be fin and play around, for example, I don't go into a staff meeting action group like IDC, I show the upmost respect and professionalism as I can, but it all changes depending on the situation!

I have worked for around 3 different community forums which i cant say due to the rules here @ Mc-Market, but i worked as Manager and Moderation staff at these community forums, my role was to manage the staff, forums and partners, then for another place, i worked as a Event Manager, the community forum had its own server which ran events, such as pvp and building events, may role was to make sure they ran well with no issues, which i really enjoyed, then my last role was i had to moderate the forums, so when someone broke a rule, i had to resolve it and give them the punishment etc. I enjoy working on community forums as it gives me more writing experience and teaches me more things on how to deals with different types or situations.
