Hiring 1. 'Staff' member for new and up coming survival server.

Hi,

Welcome to a new thread of mine,

I'm currently on the look out for a new staff member to join my management team for our up and coming server.

In order to qualify to be hired, I need the following from you:

• 16 years of age or older
• An active Discord account
• Speak English
• Have a fun, but mature personalityDoing both all the back-end of the server, as well as once beta releases classic staff duties
  

You will be doing both parts of the back-end of the server, as well as once beta releases - classic staff duties!
We are avoiding classic cliche server hierarchy so our 'staff' rank is a combination of admin and head-admin. You will join our current team of 3 and have strict responsibilities. We would like you to be dedicated and have a strong passion for Minecraft survival servers.

Now let me explain a little about our server.

We are aiming to produce an organic economy, survival and player driven server. One that avoids the over-saturated atmosphere of most servers today.
We essentially want to enrich your true vanilla experience and give you that nostalgia you had back in early 2013/2015.
If you're not a fan of land claiming, building that's not a worry. We'll have server wide events as well as individual player events to keep you busy and craving for action. We'll also have a custom economy to keep the ball rolling.

Our beta is due to begin in around a week. We'll shortly begin to invite players to our discord but firstly need someone to fill our last position. If you are reading this thread and like the sound of our server, please dm me. Happy to answer all your questions!
