-Hiring 5 Full Time Developers for new Business Idea-

Hey!

Today ill be launching my new idea, Ignite. Basically, we will build Minecraft servers, plugins ,networks & more every single day for clients looking for a cheap, quality & quick service.

Main Requirements:
-Must Have to be Coding for at least 2 years
-Must be 16 or older
-Must Have very good knowledge on how to build custom plugins & servers, configure, install mod-packs and how to setup bungee cord.
-Must have discord.
-Must have 3+ Hours of time to give to this, daily.
-Must have Prof of all of the above.

Payment:
Clients paying $40 and below: Developer gets 90% of what the client pays
Clients paying over $40: Developer gets 95% of what the client pays


Method: Paypal (only accepted)

When do clients pay?: Either 50% or 100% before services, and when 50% the other half is to be paid after they are happy with their service.

When do developers get paid?: As soon as the client is completely happy, has their requested service and I see that.

Only problem is people don't trust new members as much as old members

I have vouches from previous ideas, companies etc.

I wouldn't trust this member. Earlier today they were giving away premium plugins for reputation, which is against the rules. I got in contact with this member and it was a complete scam. Later on they posted a false statement on my profile. I know this is the same member because of the profile picture and very similar thread design. However it appears this member deleted the profile picture on there old account to the default profile picture before making a new one. Dont believe me, I don't care, I am sure most of the users that commented on this users old account thread can vouch that this is the same profile picture:
