High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

$300 sounds like a lot, but that's full time, per month. That isn't nearly fair for the amount of work I expect "full time" entails.

$300/160 hours= $1.87/hour "full time"...

Oh I see it's updated now to $700 so let me redo my math.
$700/160 hours= $4.37/hour still barely half of minimum wage depending on what state you're in.

I understand that Bonuses doesn't mean it's a MUST; But if you've got a Computer Science Degree in University, I'm pretty sure you can get jobs that pay's like $50/hr (not say for certain).

Average Sr. Software Engineer salary in the United States stands around $ 100,000 per year which is around $48/hour.

No offense to the OP, but a developer like myself would be much better off getting a full-time job for a reputable company which pays for what a CS/CSE or Software Engineering degree warrants.
I've got prices over at Career Builder that pays $55/hr but that's with no degree, and up to $200,000 / year (as a Lead Developer).

If you don't have a lot of money, this isn't the best site to be posting. You can probably get someone in India or freelance coder to do this for cheap, however you risk getting low quality work and wasting time.

This makes sense to me now. I work at 10-12 dollars per hour privately, so it makes sense how the thread was copied since it clearly doesn't reflect by any means the amount he is offering. Someone with that type of experience should and could be working for at the very least, 15 dollars an hour.

EDIT:
The "at least $15" per hour was already stated in the thread title above! XD
