Hiring A Dev. Must Have EXP. with all plugin types and proof

I'm looking for a developer who has experience with all plugin types. I'm not posting my idea and ideas on here for all to read. Contact my skype if only you have more then 2-3 years of experience and proof of recent plugins running on servers so I can see there performance. When you add me please post atleast 5 servers with Your plugins running and working. Be ready for any kind of plugin. I am not paying upfront until what I ask for is met and I can see it running clean on my server with no errors. Thanks

Well, this guy has his demands. He wants someone with 3 years of experience in Java and will only pay after you give him the plugin. I'm almost certain no developer will just give you their plugin that they worked hard on with the risk of you just taking it and running.

I fully agree, the developer will just have to give me a chance.

In the past 40 sales i've done on plugins, I've gotten scammed once, and that was because I sent the plugin first.

You can usually almost chargeback money, but you can't chargeback a plugin.

Yes very true. But i just dont want to be put in the situation to have to go that far. I tried getting 2 plugins made and wen the devs finished they made me pay and than the plugin had some errors and bugs and they almost where impossible to get ahold of. And once i did they almost refused to fix it. So im tired of being fucked with, In all honesty. I hope everyone see's why im so strick on and bent on my ways now.

It's really easy to prevent chargebacks - tell the person to pay via. family/friends or setup a Buycraft store and make some quick ToS stating that all sales are final and by purchasing from the store, the buyer agrees to not chargeback any payment - how do you think Minecraft servers win chargeback cases?[DOUBLEPOST=1438777138,1438776983][/DOUBLEPOST]
