Hiring a Skilled Developer
And no, I don't want someone who knows how to "configure" plugins.

Before you start saying to yourself, "I believe I am suitable for this job!" I need to know if you have ADVANCED knowledge with:
-Java [2+ Years preferred]
-MySQL [1+ Year preferred]
-Spigot/Bukkit/Bungeecord [2+ Years preferred]

Task
-Creating Custom Plugins (Minigames mostly)
-Teaching other developers
-Helping/Fixing out with other server essentials. (Console, bugs, ETC)
-Other tasks in the future

Server
Our server will be starting small, however, will be planned for minigames. I need my ideas alive for this server to happen. So far, we plan on having one custom plugin minigame that needs to be developed. If the server grows more successful, we will pay more for other plugins to be developed and expand. However, you must understand that we will pay you reasonably for your hard work. It might start a bit small at first, however, when it gets bigger, you'll get a better cut for the work you have done.

This custom minigame plugin that NEEDS to be developed might be huge. We will discuss the price when we talk. The minigame idea will also be discussed when we talk.

Keep in mind that I do have a build team and builds won't be a problem. We are trying to create this server as professional as possible and NEED a professional developer for our Development team. So far we have a beginner learning Java and a decent developer on our development team.

Role & Permissions
If hired, you will be the Development Team Leader. Not only do you create plugins for us, you will be also teaching our developers on how to code and such as the leader. You have permission to manage the team to your likings. However, hiring and demoting players must be brought up to me for authentication.

When you are done creating the plugin, you will be paid AND will be granted console access to the server. Do keep in mind that you will NOT be paid by hours, however, paid on your work. If the server manages to grow bigger and expand, we might consider paying you by the hour.

Before wrapping this up...
Remember, we are trying to create a professional server. [Minigames]
You will need to show us a portfolio/resume.
You will need to show us projects you have worked on. Evidence of work is recommended.
You will be paid after a project we requested is complete.
You will need to work with others.
You need to be positive.
