Hiring A Developer

I am currently looking for someone who has experience with developing and configuration.
The developer that I hire will be paid monthly to configure and develop for my factions server, price is negotiable considering how active you are and how fast you work.

Requirements:
-16+ Years Old (Preferably)
-Experience with Development/Configuration
-Must be able to show me a portfolio and or server/s that you have configured or developed for.
-Must have Skype and a microphone.
-Must be active. (obviously)
