You must have experience managing communities and have a professional attitude

Any other relevant experience.
16+ in age
I will be fully financing this server, development, hosting and marketing. I need someone who 100% knows their stuff about Prison servers who can help establish, build and grow the server alongside myself as a serious partnership.
