Hiring a GFX Designer (Drawing)

Hello all. I am currently in need of a GFX Designer that draws (No C4d). I am looking for someone cheap.

What:
I am looking for a server logo for my server "VenomCraft" I was thinking of a jungly kind of theme. Our colors are Green and purple (Venom Green) (Craft Purple). I am also in need of one rank icon. My idea was that it would be a snake with a gem in its mouth then for all the other icons the gems color would just be changed.

Where:
This is for the server "VenomCraft" IP: mc.venomcraft.net Website:http://www.venomcraft.net. This server is not released until the 13th, I am hoping to get a logo done by then so everything can look a tad cleaner. It is a factions server with many custom plugins and features.
