Hiring a graphist to make plugin icons and arts

Hey, I am Bigs, owner of Bigs Entertainment. I am looking to hire/partnership an artist to design graphics for my group, if you do graphics for a plugin, you’ll receive 15% of sells(it’s low, but plugins icon are really simple, I’m looking for something similar like [Censored]’s plugin icons). Also, you’ll have the job of making a good logo and banner for the group (when we will have the full budget for that, we need an advanced logo and banner).

If you are interested, I also offer partnership, so I can develop stuff for you, and you design for me.
