Hiring a Java Developer

Greetings all,
I have recently wanted to start my own custom gamemode I am in need of a developer to assure the player's experience is maximum. I will need a developer who wants to see a good outcome from the server, not just someone who wants money. I will like to hire a developer that can be dedicated to my network specifically. I have most files configured but I need someone who can code custom plugins and tie everything together

Payments:
I will be paying you 10-15$ weekly for 5-6 hours per week. This can vary depending on work that needs to be done.

So you are paying around 2$-3$ per hour of work or am I understanding this wrong

Edit: Sorry to break it to you, no one is going to put in an hour of work making a CUSTOM GAMEMODE for 2$ an hour...a custom gamemode alone will likely cost you at least 40$+
