Hiring a Marketing and Server Manager [OLD]

Howdy!

I am hiring both a Server Manager and Marketing Manager for my server project.

Server Manager - Someone who is able to be my right hand man and run the server like a co-owner would. Come with creative ideas, new features, configurate plugins, fix errors and deal with the community.

Marketing Manager - Someone who is responsible for the promotion of the server, getting the name out there really so me the owner can focus on other aspects of the server. Having connections to creators and streamers that fits our server would be a huge plus.

Hopefully the right people are the ones who will help take the server from the ground and make it a fairly active server as it recently just launched.
Must have atleast 6-12+ months experience in either roles. If you are a manager that does both server and marketing, even better. Payments or percentage will be negotiated.

Got a lot of people way more serious, professional and who knows how to start conversations without it having to be about money. Ask serious questions, show me a portofolio before asking for salary. Not looking to hire people who are only here for money, but actually interested in the work and has decent experience. Wouldn't want to deal with a potential scammer either way.

Funny, because I've been talking to people all day about positions. I was wondering where I would get the most payment from, but I would send you my resume and talk to you more. You are way too quick to react, therefore it doesn't seem like your in the place to be a server owner. Blocking me right after is way to unprofessional, right after asking me a question.

Sometimes you've got to be able to make decisive decisions, especially as a businessman, server-owner, and lastly a manager, especially in scenarios like this where you're getting contacted by many more professional people than you yourself, I expect a "manager" like you to understand. Have to filter out the ones I don't deem fit for my team and you've fallen into that category, unfortunately. Was I wrong? no. Look, you're the only one I've rejected who is here trying to trash my thread and give me a "negative vouch".

Again, if that is how you start all your conversations, you should be reconsidering how you approach one another businessman. Literally coming at me with 0 rep, an alleged scammer, and is the one to talk about me not being a fit for server-owner, don't know even half of my previous owner history. If you say that you've been talking to people all day about positions, focus on finding a server to work on instead of me. Good luck with your management services or whatever you do.
