Hiring a Prison Manager

Hi all,

A good friend of mine is searching for a prison manager for his network. He has ran some pretty large scale networks (housing well over 100 players concurrently) and is paying me to help him find someone viable for the role he is trying to fill.

Below I will list his expectations for the said role, detailing what a person in the "prison manager" role should be capable of.

- Must be extremely knowledgeable with the prison/op-prison gamemodes
- Must have server experience; in other words, must have worked for a prison based network and made a difference for that server
- Must be familiar with google doc's and google forms
- Understand prison gamemode mechanics, detail oriented, able to write extensive documentation detailing server features, must be easy for the server developer to comprehend to convert into code
- Preferred that this individual is capable of configuring plugins, handling physical server issues, if entrusted with access to physical server later down the line
- Individual is comfortable with making server announcements, punctual (on time when it comes to deadlines), and active (able to commit around 15 - 20 hours a week to the job)
- Individual must be a good team member, collaborative, as they will most likely be communicating with a team or team members
- Individual needs to understand that this role is a long term role, we are expecting this individual to work with us for a long time, and in turn, if this individual performs in the underlying role they would receive rewarding compensation for their hard work

When you state this, do you mean that you are not paying them/agreeing to pay them at all unless you deem what you see as "satisfactory performance"?

I thought that was pretty self-explanatory. What that means is the individual must meet expectations and fulfill tasks assigned, properly, to receive compensation. Just like any job, if you cannot perform according to set standards (if you don't do the job properly), then that affects the compensation they would be receiving. I code a plugin improperly or miss numerous elements described for the plugin, then obviously I would not receive payment, or the person who bought the plugin off me would want a refund. Common sense stuff brother.
